Enjoying My Surroundngs in the Hague
The other time, I have the showcase of Rotterdam in my post entitled Rotterdam Day II. This time, it is my chance to feature the place where I live: The Hague. Actually, it is the place where the queen of Netherlands reside and we are just few minutes away from the Queen's palace. The images will come in the succeeding posts though.

Compared to other cities where have lived before, I consider The Hague as the most peaceful and orderly one, of course with the respective status of the city in terms of progress and infra structure. I live in the very center of the city where everything is at reach. I don't know though if I got to live in the same place because the current building where I am at the moment is not very good, nor very beautiful. But location-wise, I love it here: I can just walk anywhere: parks, restaurants, fast foods, grocery stores, shopping malls, palaces, name it and it is just a walk away. Of course these activities are made possible now that is summer time and not so cold yet, but when fall to winter comes, back to stay at home due to severe cold.

At the meantime however, I just enjoy staying around. I would love to share the beauty and images of this place, the Hague for all those who might drop by in here and see some of my posts. Here comes the Hague from the photos I have taken around two weeks ago. Enjoy viewing around.

In fact there is an International tribunal here in the Hague but I don't want to be political this time in this post so I simply share some photographs of the place to you, Reader.

Just a palace where I pass everyday... and I just discovered that it is the "Palace of Justice" in here..

A relaxing scene from the park five minutes from home...
Nothing much, just a plain view of the city center...

At the city center still, the same location as above..
Inside the city hall... I dunno that giant face though...

Wow you actually live in the Netherlands? I didn't even know that you lived in Europe. I always had a fascination to visit the Netherlands because I love Delft pottery. I always wanted to get my hands on some.
That's what i like about Europe -- those great structures that were built all over the archipelago. Wish i can see a real one someday. (",)
Beautiful stuff. That's the beauty of Europe really the culture and changes throughout history give it a unique feel every block you walk or drive. Very diverse surroundings make for an exciting European city.
Wow it must be neat to live so close to the queen huh?
@Yanjiaren,
Delft is 5 minute by tram from here but I am so new here that I have not explored places that much. I lived in Italy before here.
@Lynn,
Good luck then and see you. ^^
@Strong moderate,
you are correct in there! It seems so old yet these days they become too moderns tpp.
@ Dave,
Yeah, more peaceful here, that is why and a lot of foreign people with freedom.
I have never been to Europe but the Hague would definitely be on list of places to visit. I cannot imagine what it like to be surrounded by so much history on a daily basis...the head thing is a bit weird though.
Great. I always dream about visiting to Europe. The calm atmosphere, clean, neat, organised well. I will visit at one time. That my dream and Hague maybe one place in my consideration. :)
like u dear, i would enjoy and have fun if i have a great and historical surroundings.. i would probably not afraid to walk around because i have a destination to go into. :),

i thought you lived in philippines. nice city, so clean and great view. thanks for sharing!!!
@Renee,
The good thing about Netherlands is it is not that big and it is really circumventable... whereever you stay, you can always go to another part... Yeah, the head..it looks like thehead of Italy's prime minister...:-o
@Deankk125,
Actually being organised per se i think depends on which European country you visit.. I don't think you can find that in Naples.. promise.
@Nova,
Yup, actually i always wanna roam around just for nothing... ;;)
@Natshiz,
Yup.. I lived in Philippines and I was born there. But I lived in Italy before moving to the Netherlands.
Some really interesting picture of the Hague. It gives one a sense of what the ordinary life would be like there. He/she also made sure to include some nice historical buildings.
