Slippery Snow Causing Sliding & Falling Bicycles

bicycle accident experience, falling down from thebikeI fell down! The first time ever! It was only last Sunday I was wondering loudly how can people fall down with their bikes caused by snow but only a few days later, today, which is a Monday, that question is answered! I fell down! Well, nothing hurts, nothing serious but now, I understand why: it is darn so slippery when the snow has nothing rough with it and many tires pass over it.

I fell down when I turned sharply but as long as the path is straight andIf the biker holds a steady traject, then it is safe. Now I amafraid of turns! I was really lucky to fall on a slow-vehicle area as my bike (that carries me) was thrown in the middle of the street! Can you imagine if there were fast cars behind me? The thought actually makes me shiver.

Anyway, alesson learned and it was a safe experience after all. Now that I know how it is, I can be more careful, especially with the snow and the turns! Have a safe bicycling everyone!
