Yesterday, which was Sunday, I received a confirmation from the foundation/association/authority scheduling my Italian lessons. The Italian course will start on Thursday, the 29th. I am excited to start and to really polish my Italian as sometimes I speak like a retarded one, exchanging the sounds of o's to u's or e's to i's and vice versas. I cannot wait to improve and to also continue improving with my other two existing courses, French and German. It's indeed fun to learn but working full-time also, it requires a great deal of sacrifice and commitment. I hope my Dutch course will be open by January! :=)

That's plenty of languages!
I used to learn Arabic for a few years but I think I've forgotten most of them. Gave up on Cantonese. Dabbled here and there with Japanese and Korean but it's all kinda half-hearted effort.
I really admire you. Good luck and have fun learning! ^^
mm, how many languages do you know by know?
Greetings,
Filip
@Lina,
That's a real wow! I also would like to learn Chinese, Arabic and Russian. These 3 would be real challenge! You also have a lot... what's your native tongue then?
@Filip,
Well, I still don't count these languages as I am not fluent yet. I think I can count them when I am at least like B1.2... I am at A2.2 now for my french and A2.1 for my German. My Italian I think is B2.1, I will confirm by Thursday so these are still half-baked cakes. :=)
@WebbieLady,
My mother tongue is Malay (a bit similar to Indonesian language).
Hey smart girl..good for you! I wish you success and determination! How exciting:)
