Another Chocolate Baking Experiment

It's fun to bake! I mean, I just started trying it last week in my previous post. I am still into it though. Thus I tried again yesterday, Saturday just to see variation and also improvement. I am sure alog wayto go still since I overbaked the bundt cake but it's okay, I learn from my mistakes!


Below is the photoblog of my another baking session. By the way the cupcakes are not filled (another learning in proportion) but they sure came out perfectly in terms of "bakedness" and yummy in terms of taste!

I think I'll try again next week for some more variations and maybe with another flavor.

Chocolatey Cakey Saturday... Yummy!

What didyou do last weekend? That's the usual Monday topic. This Monday, I would proudlay say, "I baked my very first chocolate cake"! How was it? "Nearly perfect!"... Yummy, filling, strong chocolate. I saw this online recipe and youtube video on how and how much and it worked real good. I share the video below. 

Here are the photostory of my version. I changed the topings by mixing 50% purse choco and white chocolate together instead of having the brown milk chocolate.
